Title: Hi guys.
Post by: jcompton-Orlando on November 16, 2004, 12:24:08 PM
I suggest that GMs register with their team name like I have, to make it easier to remember who is who. :)

Thanks a ton for doing this.  I know David.H was looking at doing a forum as well, hopefully he wont have done too much work so far on it.

Hopefully the forum will help the FWL come alive a bit more, also much easier for discussions obviously.  Cant wait for Marios trash talking !!

Yeah, sorry. You were talking about the end of the season and I knew it would take me about 10 minutes, so I assumed he was busy. :)

Jason: one fast question (I do it this way since other people can have the same problem). You changed my ID name but when I loggin I still have to use my old username! Is this correct or is it just an Amsterdam problem

It's the intended behavior. I can go in and edit your username if you'd like, but logging in as "niki" will save you some typing, no? :)

I have no problem with in, I even prefer it this way. But I was just wonderring and it could be handy for other people that registered on the same way as I (Paul) that they still have the use their original user id.

Of course, for Mario "trash talking" emails are usually headed "trade offer". It might be tougher here on the forums!

Heheheh!

Not since "packet of crisps" was a common phrase around the FWL has something this funny been said about my good, dear friend Mario. :)

Hey hey..... do you really think that i would offer my presents (which are ususally almost for free) to the world out there?

Trade-offers are something intimate between two GMs. I always offer the best i have and ask for a little hug in return. It has alsways been a question of give and take:
I give.
You take.

Poor little me, begging for love.

I must admit Mario its great that you are back in the FWL !  You've definately added a lot to the league and its been more alive with trades etc.

Hopefully when we get London and Austria in the same division those classic games will be just as good as they used to be
