NY - Wise decision to let Stambaugh start, Campbell still struggling and still doesnt have intelligence over 89
Orl - Nice camp by Kingsbury, could be a very exciting player to watch.  Backup Pickett has come on well also
Ohio - Overall Navarre is the better QB but Pawlawski had a great camp and his 96 INT is one of the best in the league
Birm - Great camp by Burford, Hamilton didnt have a great camp but on the field he just wins.
Sac - Adamson has better INT, Olsen is younger and has better ST.  Tough one to call.  Olsen should be ready next year for sure
SA - Kevin Thompson has come from nowhere and had a great camp, on paper hes the better QB than Stoener.
Mex - Hutchinson has the better INT but O'Sullivan led his team to the FWL Bowl last year and is perfect for their system
Ral - Rodgers on paper is the prototypical QB, great skills.  Kittner is a great backup and Elliott could be one to watch for the future
Mon - Wuerffel is still in great condition and one of the most intelligent QB's in the league.  Greene who came over Rhein could be very good in the future
Fra - Davey has to get his team back to the playoffs, still a very good QB, Berlin makes a good young backup
Ber - Hybl on paper is the better QB and has great skills but Rowe was just superb last year and makes the team better
Rhein - Ragone is overall the better QB but Allen had a good camp and could challenge Ragone if he struggles
Ams - Symons the FWL Bowl winning QB is the clear starter but backup Lulay had a great camp and could challenge for the job next year
Lon - Henson is the clear starter but former FA pickup van Dyke had an excellent camp.  Rookie Randall improved his INT by 5 and is a great project
Sco - Nall is in his prime and was FWL MVP last yet and set records for passing td's.  Bramlet could take over once Nall slows down.
Bar - Surprisingly Romo wasnt invited to camp.  Travis Brown could be the starter, had a very good camp as did Tee Martin.  Romo remains the starter though
Aus - Anes should just hold off Mauck for one more year, Pierre also could be a future starter next season
Par - Dinwiddie is the clear starter here, Banks improved but for now is a backup
