Barcelona at Birmingham

The Fire have looked great this year as they are 2-0 but both wins have been away.  Surely they wont lose to Barcelona who despite looking good this year are still on the end of a 16 game losing streak. Birmingham will want to give their fans at home a huge win.  Barcelona have played well with their young players but the Fire with two crucial away wins are looking superb.

Orlando at Mexico

Mexico have won two close games but both have been away which like Birmingham has been very impressive.  If they could keep their running backs healthy they should be on their way to the playoffs, two RB's picked up minor injuries this week but should be clear by gametime.  Orlando were excellent last week as QB Kliff Kingsburgh and HB Dee Brown are finding their groove.  Kingsbury has played very well this year and also ran for a 60+ yarder for a touchdown !  Should be a close game but Mexico fans will be going crazy in their teams first home game of the season.

Raleigh-Durham at Sacramento

Huge game for both teams, Raleigh after a superb week 1 game looked average last week.  Sacramentos young QB Drew Olsen is getting great experience but his team are still 0-2.  HB Kory Chapman has been a huge disappointment for the Surge and Sacramento should go shopping for a new HB.  Tough game for Raleigh as they are away so Sacramento gets the edge.

New York at San Antonio

The Knights had a great win last week but now travel away to San Antonio.  The Riders have been disappointing this year with a 0-2 record but still have a lot of talent on both sides of the ball. If they want to stand any chance of the playoffs they need to win here but New Yorks offense has been on fire lately, in Week 1 they racked up a ton of yards but only 9 points, this week they finally exploded.  Should be a great one.

Ohio at Montreal

Ohios Mike Pawlawski visits his old team yet again in this great clash.  Ohio were very poor last week and now have to face Montreal away.  Somehow the Machine came back against Berlin to score 23 unanswered points in one of the games of the decade.  Ohio havent looked 100% so far and need to quickly click into gear, Montreal with their great veterans should get the win but it could be close.

Montreal by 7

Austria at Frankfurt

A great EFC matchup between these old rivals.  Austria however are 2-0, Frankfurt 0-2.  The Galaxy have lost two very close games, they have been playing well but their confidence is slipping.  Austria on the other hand have played great football, a superb rushing attack and a defense which stops the run.  Frankfurts first home game of the season so they should play much better, could be close.

Austria by 7

Amsterdam at Berlin

Tough match for Amsterdam, the Admirals have looked methodical this year with their two wins but face a tricky Berlin side who are surprisingly at 0-2 and need to get a win.  Berlin were shocked last week against Montreal and have to bounce back, Amsterdam have a great rushing attack if Joe Smith can stay injury free.  Berlin could win but it'll be very close as Amsterdam are current champs and are showing it.

Amsterdam by 7

Rhein at London

Rhein got their first win of the season last week but face a tough Monarchs side eager to get a home win after losing at home in Week 1 to Mexico. Rhein played very well last week in holding off Frankfurt but away in London will be much tougher.  London still havent got into their groove yet, WR Dan Sheldon hasnt had over 100 yards in a game yet and was meant to be the major playmaker on offense.  HB Joe Hall is still churning out the yards and is one of the leagues best.

London by 10

Paris at Scotland

Huge game for both sides, Scotland will be angry after last weeks poor showing on defense, Paris will want to get back to wining ways after an easy defeat by Amsterdam. Both teams are 1-1 and both teams will want this win badly as they'll get a tiebreaker in the division, Scotland gets the edge because of homefield.
