Title: London have high hopes for Toler
Post by: Paul-London on October 15, 2008, 06:07:11 AM
It was a suprising trade a few days ago when WR Kassim Osgood a former 1st round pick by the Monarchs was traded to Montreal.  "He has talent no doubt but we wanted a chance to get Toler on the field" said the London GM.

WR Burt Toler was a sleeper pick a year ago and hasnt even played yet but London love his skills and hope after a good camp Toler could potentially start at WR2 for the Monarchs.  "He has superb speed, strength and hands, if he has a great camp he can start for us 100%" said the London GM.

Indeed on paper Toler looks a very talented WR who could surprise many this year, it a gamble for London but if he comes out of camp well and starts then the gamble for the young WR could pay off as Toler could start for the next 8+ seasons.
