Title: Still possible for the AFC East winner to have a losing record! Post by: jcompton-Orlando on November 21, 2004, 03:10:19 PM If NY/NJ and Orlando lose next week and Orlando wins the season-ending game, the AFC East champ would have a losing record. I believe we've had 7-7 and 6-6-2 teams make the playoffs, but never a team with a losing record. Or at least not win a division. Paul?

But I season 2 San Antonio went to the playoffs with a 6-7-1 record and be second in the divisions I will double check if we did not had a division winner with a lossing record Title: Re: Still possible for the AFC East winner to have a losing record! Post by: Niki on November 21, 2004, 03:46:11 PM I also see that R-D went to the playoffs with a 6-8 record (season 6)
BTW: R-D is the only team without a winning season Title: Re: Still possible for the AFC East winner to have a losing record! Post by: jcompton-Orlando on November 21, 2004, 03:51:40 PM Oh well, never mind. :)

Maybe the division name can be changed in loser division (have to be careful now since I know 2 of the GM's in that division)
