Title: TE available
Post by: Marco_Frankfurt on December 01, 2005, 03:40:40 AM
Hi,

I also think about trading:

A  TE2    84  Swift, Justin            OK     9     92 83 79 86 81 85 79 73

he easily could start1-2 more great seasons, he is fast as WR strong as OL
and very intelligent and healthy. Should be a geat addition for teams that play
a lot over the TE.

Again, draft picks are my favourit but young FBs or DBs are also welcome ;)

Career stats (Drafted R2 by Frankfurt EOS5)

2002 FRA 5 for 97, 1 td
2003 FRA 1 for 12
2004 FRA 4 for 40
2005 FRA 0 for 0
2006 FRA 1 for 10
2007 FRA 0 for 0
2008 FRA 40 for 613, 3 td's 80L
2009 FRA 51 for 698, 2 td's
2010 FRA 39 for 495, 5 td's

(Named All-FWL in 2008, 2009)

Been to the playoffs for 8 of his 9 seasons, 5 EFC Championships, 3 FWL Bowls and has won 2 FWL Bowl rings.

As you can see by his numbers the last 3 seasons hes a very good TE and should put up decent numbers for any team out there.

Paul,
can you please stop lobbying for Marcos players?

I'm not at all

I lobby for any decent veteran player.  In these days of people not signing older players i like to give them their history.  If anyone else lists some veteran players here i'll try to list their stats and give people a perspective about how good/bad this player may be.

For veteran players Marco doesnt often ask for much, just a shame when very good veterans dont do anywhere and are then on the FA list all season long.  Granted Swift is a veteran but if this was the NFL and there was a veteran TE who for 2 of the last 3 seasons was All-Pro he would be snapped up.  Swift despite being a veteran still has great speed and at TE1 as shown the last 3 seasons he will get you around 500+ yards.

I also did a post here about the FA's available

Thank you Paul :)

However he is not on the list to be cut !
I can see him all season long playing maybe as TE2 with my team,
but if I get a decent offer I like to trade.

But its not a 'throw away give me your 8th round pick' trade offer ;)
