Some good moves on defense, you have the 5th overall offense but the 18th ranked defense.

Tugbenyoh should do well for you at LB1, LB Robertson was a decent young fast LB but you have LB Durde who could be good after another TC.

Try to look at Frankfurt and how they build their team.  Eg all their LB's are fast as anything
