Whenever I see a pre-training camp FA who looks too good to be true, he usually is.

Nevermind. No harm done. btw: regarding your "to good to be true": players on proteced lists are usually those who are released afterwards. because otherwise they would not be on that list. i owuld rate tham as "9th round draft pcks" so to speak. but it is true they might help sometimes....
