Title: Finally!
Post by: Stuart-Barcelona on February 15, 2006, 04:11:05 AM
I was tempted to make huge changes this week, but decided to give those players one last chance.
I'm glad I did now! Another 10 wins like that will do nicely  ;)

Yeah good win for you, Marlion Jackson finally came through with a huge game rushing and receiving, hes an excellent dual purpose back.  Hutchinson hasnt been brilliant yet but he may come through.  Still have a distinct lack of sacks on your team but either way a wins a win

My running game stinks and Shazor is doing nothing important in the game.

Well Mike Green is back, if i was you i would put him in there as David Allen is a nice little backup but i wouldnt say hes HB1 material.

Shazor is having a very bad year with 12 tackles at the CB1 spot after 4 weeks, just rookie blues, perhaps put him at CB2 ?  Either way the Austria secondary is rated 3rd this year when considering a rookie CB1 has been starting the first month you cant really complain.  Perhaps as hes so good teams are throwing the other way ?

The sacks might be low but I have a pretty good D this year.
Lowest average gain per run for opponents (2.5 yards per carry) with a longest run against of only 15 yards and the 5th ranked Pass D, only 3 TD's through the air against.

Now of the O could play like that every week, I would be on track.

What are the CB-WR-parings anyway?

From what i could read this week it was most likely WR1-CB2 and WR2-CB1? I always thought it is WR1-CB1 and WR2-CB2?

if I am correct, the fastest CB covers the fastest WR, but I am not 100% sure about that
