Title: Who will have the #1 pick?
Post by: Mario ADK on April 13, 2006, 02:39:54 PM
Currently 4 teams are 3-10, all of differn3t divisions:
Paris, Berlin, Mexico and Orlando
while London and Barcelona both are 4-9......

The rules is:
As not all of them at least played one game against each other, it will be the Conference-Record taht counts.

Provided all 4 teams lose it would be the following order:
Berlin (1-10)
Orlando (2-10)
Mexico (2-9)
Paris (3-9)

Provided all 4 teams win and Lon and Bar lose it would be the following order:
Berlin (2-9)
Orlando (3-9)
Mexico (3-8)
Paris (4-8)* - 1-2
Barcelona (4-8)* - 2-2
London (4-8)* - 2-1
*(This would be the order if it is head-to-head again as those teams played agaisnt each other. If not: The next tiebreaker between the 4-8-teams would be the "common games" but i do not know what that is.....)

If BER wins and the other team lose it will be Orlando
If BER and ORL win and the other teams lose it will be Mexico
If BER, ORL and MEX win and Paris loses it will be Paris

So basically it is in the hands of Berlin  ;)

And the "Winner" is:

ORLANDO
#2: Mexico
#3: Paris
#4: Barcelona
#5: Berlin (beat BAR head-to-head)

In other words:
Berlins party was spoiled by P-3 Pat Barnes with his awesome final game of his career. Not a nice way to say good buy to a management   ;)

Quite weird Barnes won that game and probably took Berlin out of the #1 spot !  Some teams like to lose those late games to get the #1 spot but Barnes had a good game.
