Title: FWL-Bowl-Video? Post by: Mario ADK on April 28, 2006, 10:02:21 AM Paul, i can remember that we once had the Highlights of a game do download.
Would that be possible again? I´d love to see those highlights of the FWL-Bowl? btw: regarding the page itself: 1) The content of the info-box on the right hand side of the FWL-page is pretty old, i think the whole box could be deleted? 2) I´d love to see the updated GM-stats - any news about this? Title: Re: FWL-Bowl-Video? Post by: Paul-London on May 02, 2006, 04:25:30 AM Well all season long when i click on 'view highlights' of any game (to take the picture for the front page) it just crashes the software, David suggested reinstalling it but i remember i also had a patch for it and i'm unsure where to get that from. I'm nervous of deleting it and then reinstalling it in case the software just acts much different.
But either way i need to get it fixed, to get a picture for the front page i then do a quickstart game between the two teams i want the picture of which is a shame. Theres some old links on the right hand side but until i get anything to fill it up then it'll stay as i dont want it blank. Looking at it i cant see what needs to be changed, the FWL Vacancies is okay, i need to find the page for About the FWL as that links broken, Hall of Fame can be deleted though Gameplans and the article by Ross are needed so they can stay, the rest of it seems ok As for the GM list Niki was going to send me the updated version after the season so i'll wait for that and then update it Title: Re: FWL-Bowl-Video? Post by: Paul-London on May 05, 2006, 06:21:22 AM I tried using a screen capture program like Camtasia or some other ones, its weird as when i showed the highlights, when i looked back at the video capture it was just a black screen. Perhaps as the FBPro software is so old (it doesnt use a DOS window) it doesnt seem to capture anything. Frustrating as i can see it in front of me but try capturing it with a screen capture prog and theres nothing but black
That was gonna be my nice and easy way of capturing highlights and putting them on the site as a Flash .swf file |
