Title: Kittner Just Wants To Play! Post by: Gary-Ohio on March 15, 2007, 08:18:15 PM Columbus Ohio - Kurt Kittner believes he has left everything on the field following a GREAT training camp! He demonstarted the ability to hit the long pass while showing the smarts and game sense that a starting QB needs in the FWL.
However, Coach Doug Plank has remained firm in the support of veteran QB Mike Pawlawski, "Mike is a leader, our leader and he will start the season as our QB. That says nothing about Kurt, he is a fine player and could start for our team or any team in the league. He is young and his upside is huge!" Kittner's agent has told the team his player would like to request a trade in order for a chance to start THIS season. Glory GM Gary Schofield stated, " We would look at possible trades for Kurt. We have a need for an impact player on the D-Line. If any GM would like to trade an impact player on D for an impact player on Offense, give us a call!" |
