Sacramento at New York

Both teams have been involved in a lot of close losses however both teams badly need this win.  New York get the advantage as theyre at home but Sacramento know if they lose this one they may be out of the playoff race already.  The Surge seem to start off seasons slow and then come right back but after losing two home games already this year it could be a long year for them.

Barcelona at Orlando

Another two teams who despite their record have been in a lot of close games which could have gone either way.  Both teams have no rushing attack and have to upgrade this somehow, either by their offensive line or a new RB.  Barcelonas sole win has come at home but they travel to Orlando where the Thunder can put up a lot of points, should be a close one.

San Antonio at Montreal

Two old foes face each other in this huge AFC West clash.  The Machine will need this win more as they need to keep up with the Riders and the unbeaten Aztecs.  Montreal have the edge as theyre at home but anything can happen in this rivalry.  The Riders defense has played well this year whilst Montreal have allowed 60 points already.

Ohio at Raleigh-Durham

Must win game for both teams, Raleigh finally got their first win of the year last week whilst Ohio suffered some terrible injuries.  Kurt Kittner gets his first start due to injury and needs to play well for Ohio to have any chance of winning.  Raleigh-Durham at home have the advantage but it should be a very tough game.

Birmingham at Mexico

The Fire lost their first game of the season last week as they suffered a nightmare at the hands of Montreal in the first half then bounced back to nearly grab a win. Mexico are playing great all round football and want to continue their great start to the season, last year they faltered after a promising start but this year the team are playing so much better.

Rhein at Frankfurt

Probably the worst time to come to Frankfurt for Rhein. The Fire had their worst performance ever under GM Miguel Cuadron with just 6 first downs.  Jared Allen has talent on paper but just doesnt seem to put it altogether for the Fire.  Frankfurt might be starting their backup QB after an injury to Rohan Davey but whoever starts they should easily get the win.

Berlin at Amsterdam

The Admirals had a huge win over Austria and now face a tricky Berlin side.  Berlin have been playing very well and are far better than their 1-2 record suggests.  However travelling away to Amsterdam is tough for anyone and Amsterdam after their huge Austria win wont want to spoil their party with a loss here.

Scotland at London

This great rivalry starts again this year.  In past years despite the Monarchs low record they have always given Scotland a great fight, now at 3-0 against Scotland who are 1-2 they have a real chance to drive the stake in.  Apart from Montreal in Week 1 the Monarchs have had two easier opponents the last two weeks so their 3-0 record shouldnt fool everyone.  However their offense has been on fire and their defense is in the top 5.  Scotland have struggled this year due to their post-FWL Bowl blues after winning it all last year, they dont appear that motivated and need to get into 5th gear.  These games are always close but with London full of momentum the Monarchs could just win this one at home.

Paris at Austria

After their first defeat last week the DarkKnights will be angry and wanting a huge win here.  Paris have played well but mistakes have doomed them this year.  HB Robert Edwards finally had a huge game but it will be tough against Austria away.

I am shocked at my win there  :o    I really thought that Ohio were going to get the late FG and win,It was a very good game to read on the play by play. Well done Marco on signing WR Frim he is very good, as Marco now knows  :)

Yeah its great reading the play by play in a close game and you dont know the score !

WR Latef Frim is a strange player, on paper his stats look very bad but everytime he plays he catches tons of passes

Just looked at that play by play, wow was closer than i thought.  The run before the final attempted FG was a nightmare for Ohio, with Payton out injured backup Keith Belton was the back and he fumbled leading to a 7 yard loss, the FG was then missed from 48 yards out.  The 7 yard difference was huge !

Columbus (AP) - New Ohio Glory GM was rushed to the local Hospital following the Glory loss to Raliegh Durham.  It is not clear of his condition as reports are that he arrived at the hospital muttering only "Belton...ball....Belton......ball........"

Glory Team Physician, Dr. Feelgood stated that he will release updates as they are available.

You were VERY unlucky not to win, to fumble the ball and loose seven yards then miss a FG by leaving it short must be hard to beleive, you did deserve to win. I don't think Belton will be seing the field for a while  ;)
