Title: Alexander looks for records
Post by: Paul-London on January 24, 2008, 05:56:24 AM
Skyhawks GM Jonathan Munro has already said Curtis Alexander will start this year with young talent Jackie Battle as a backup. Alexander might have just one more year left of starting in Raleigh till Battle is ready but it should be a great year.

As he didnt retire Alexander needs 817 yards rushing to take over the all time rushing chart, 6 rushing touchdowns to beat the existing mark of 110, he has the most receiving touchdowns of any RB and needs 6 to reach 50 and needs 154 yards to take over the top in the all time yardage list.

He already has scored the most touchdowns in league history with 150 and has 908 points for his career.  An amazing RB Alexander could have a record breaking year if he remains injury free.
