Columbus, Ohio - Glory Gm Gary Schofield announced that QB Mike Pawlawski and newly aquired sppedster WR Alston will be unavailable to play due to serious injuries they incurred following last weeks loss to the San Antonio Riders.

"We are troubled that our offense struggled so much last week as we think our depth is good at both the QB slot and the WR position. Kur Kittner could and should be a starter in the FWL and we still have our last year #1 WR Zeisel on our team. We will be OK!", commented Head Coach Doug Plank.

However, it is rumored that the Glory is willing to part with their #1 draft pick for a top WR. Team officials deny such rumors and state they are not going to panic this early in the season. An inside source states that a deal for a WR and young DB is in the works for the Glory #1 pick and two Glory quality veteran WR and DB.
