San Antonio at Birmingham

With two straight wins the Riders are back in the playoff chase, they will face a tough Birmingham side at home however as the Fire play well at home, just poor on the road.  With a tight loss this week the Fire will be eager to bounce back, the playoffs look out of reach but they have to get a win here to stand a chance.  San Antonio looked great last week but will need to play better away.

Montreal at New York

Some tough games for Montreal, they defeated Raleigh last week to open up a 3 game lead in the AFC West but now face the NY Knights who are chasing the Glory in the AFC East.  New York are 4-0 at home and will want revenge as they lost to Montreal just two weeks ago in Montreal in overtime.  New York are playing well lately but Machine QB Danny Wuerrfel is having one of his best ever years and surely is a candidate for MVP.  Too close to call, NY get the edge as they are at home.

Orlando at Ohio

Poor Orlando, they play well on offense but their defense is so poor.  Orlando could be heading to 0-10 as they travel to Ohio who could move to 7-3 with a win here.  The Glory have a great defense but will face some problems on offense as to who to start at QB.  Backup John Navarre has been brilliant and the fans are on his side, will Pawlawski get the job back ?

Raleigh-Durham at Mexico

Mexico are fading, 3 straight losses and at 5-4 they have to win this game here.  In past years theyve also faded in the middle of the season, they have to get the win here.  They should welcome back starting QB JT O'Sullivan and that could help spark them to a win.  Raleigh had a tight loss last week, they are 2-3 on the road but travelling to Mexico is always tough as the Aztecs are 4-0 at home.  Mexico get this because of homefield advantage.

Austria at Frankfurt

Frankfurt have to win this game, at 4-5 this late in a season is unthinkable for GM Marco Lambert.  The Galaxy offense looks very boring and average, they need a big play WR as speedy Marcus Knight cant seem to get it done.  Austria looked poor late on against London away and now travel to Frankfurt where the Galaxy normally play much better in the fortress in Frankfurt.  Tough game for both teams, 3 games behind London with 5 to play Austria need to win this if they want to win the EFC West again.

Frankfurt by 3

Sacramento at Amsterdam

Amsterdam nearly lost their unbeaten record last week against Barcelona, they will face another tough game against Sacramento who have won 4 out of their last 5 games and QB Rob Adamson has led some late game herorics recently.  Amsterdam allowed 2 touchdowns for the first time this season against Barcelona and need to get a good win here.

Amsterdam by 10

Rhein at Berlin

Rhein put on a great showing last week but it was against Paris.  Rhein do have potential for the future and will want to try to get a shock win here.  Berlin after promising so much looked very poor last week but need to bounce back at home against Rhein.  Berlin are still in with a playoff chance if they win this game but they need QB Nate Hybl who has been eractic lately to bounce back.

Berlin by 3

London at Scotland

Could the defending champions stop their hated rivals winning streak ?  Scotland won a huge game against Frankfurt last week and are still in with a great chance for the playoffs.  They face 9-0 London who have been sensational this year and easily defeated Austria, but London have only one more home game in their last 5 games and need to keep winning before the huge matchup against Amsterdam late in the season.  Scotland were excellent last week and play well at home, still you cant choose against a 9-0 team.  Could be an epic.

London by 3

Paris at Barcelona

Paris are nearly guaranteed the number 1 spot as Rhein are 2 games ahead with tiebreaker advantage.  Paris did look much better with Robert Edwards back at HB but the defense has looked terrible and bored all season long.  Barcelona look out of the playoffs and are on a 5 game losing streak but were unlucky to lose to Amsterdam this week, Travis Brown gets his first win.

With the injury to RDS LB1 Aden Durde for the next four weeks who will be his replacement? It was said to be either LB Tont Ortiz or RDS legend Kendell Ogle who needs seven more tackles to get into the alltime top ten FWL Tacklers GM Munro Jr Said "I am not sure yet,Ogle REALLY wants this but I don't know if he is still up at the same level he once was were as Ortiz seems to be up to the task. We will see how the week of goes"
