Rhein fans have hope for the future

It looked very bleak for Rhein fans last year, the team were falling and falling, their new GM had been very inactive, it wasnt looking good.

What their new GM was doing was analysing every position, seeing where the weaknesses were. The minute the nightmare season ended after a franchise worse 3-11 record the GM got to business.

In came QB Dave Ragone, the highly rated backup QB for Montreal who was immediately named the starter. In came young LB Ryan Meyers from Sacramento, former 1st round pick T Chris Denman and DT Bobby Setzer a tough run stopper arrived from Barcelona, talented DE Anthony Herron from Berlin arrived and in the draft they took playmaker S Darnell Bing, LB Terrence Robinson and got lucky later in the draft with sleeper pick S Pete Hunter to give them two immediate starters in the secondary.

There is still a lot of work to be done but the team could be far improved after training camp
