Wow didnt realise if the Riders lose and Ohio win then its the Riders who might be out of the playoff race.

Some great games for the final weekend.  Frankfurt at Austria looks to be a great playoff game, lots of tradition in that game.

R-D has a small possibilty to make it to the play offs, when I add R-D I only base that when they win the game.

Of course if San Antonio wins they are in - my fault. Plus: i do not think that Ohio will be able to beat NY. No way.

Regarding Option 1:
Ohio would be the one with the worst head-to-head-ratio (all games among the three teams form a seperate standing) and would be out.
(OH lost against both opponents)

Regarding Option 4:
RD would not make it due to the worst head-to-head out of the 4 games amonst each other: RD: 1-1; BIR and OH: 2-1

Regarding the rules it is NFL-Rules plus whatever some FPRO-software-bugs make out of it:

TO BREAK A TIE FOR THE WILD-CARD TEAM
If it is necessary to break ties to determine the two Wild-Card clubs from each conference, the following steps will be taken.
1. If the tied clubs are from the same division, apply division tie breaker.
2. If the tied clubs are from different divisions, apply the following steps.

Two Clubs
1. Head-to-head, if applicable.
2. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games, minimum of four.
4. Strength of victory.
5. Strength of schedule.
6. Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed.
7. Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed.
8. Best net points in conference games.
9. Best net points in all games.
10. Best net touchdowns in all games.
11. Coin toss.

Three or More Clubs
(Note: If two clubs remain tied after third or other clubs are eliminated, tie breaker reverts to step 1 of applicable two-club format.)

You say Ohio wont beat New York but New York lost at home against Sacramento this week who had a 5 game losing streak.

Ohio are playing very well at the moment, have an excellent team and are at home.  New York are already in and seem to be relaxing a bit, granted the Surge game was very very close and could have gone either way but Ohio are a force.
