Columbus Ohio - For the first 3 quaters of last weeks game against Orlando, Coach Plank was looking at answering a lot of questions regarding the leadership of this seasons squad.  Howvere, Mike Pawlaski answered all those questions with an outstanding 18 point 4th quarter performance.  "Mike was simply our leader, I have faith in him, the players have faith in him, and now hopefully, you (the media) will have faith in him."

Plank also praised his newly re-built offensive line as they gave Pawlawski plenty of time in the pocket.  Star Rb Payton struggled and came up with a neck strain abd his status is probable for week 2.  Expect a third HB to be signed this week.  "We have to do a better job running the ball and controlling the clock.  We cant rely on 18 point 4th quarters!", Plank added.

The unsung heros of the week were the defensive line that amassed 10 sacks and even Jeff Haguza, who went scoreless in sacks and tackles, created mismatches that freed up the other lineman, notably DE Crawfor who was a DT3 and converted to DE this year.  "They all played fantastic and have exceeded all expectations.  We believe we have great leadership on defense and shold be able to place pressure on our opposition all year long!, GM Schofield proudly stated.

It is a long, long season, but the Ohio Glory are pleased with their progress and remain focused on getting back to the playoffs.

Congrats with the win, excellent performance by Ohio.

Pity about Jarrett Payton, at least it isnt that serious, Paytons one of the top HB's in the league and behind a better o-line could have a great year.
