London Monarchs GM

In FWL history there hasnt been a time when two teams have been unbeaten (that we can think of !) this late in a season.  London and Amsterdam in the EFC are both 9-0 and with 5 games left can one of them create history as the only undefeated team in league history ?  There have been a few 13-1 teams but never a 14-0 team.

Amsterdam

Week 10 H Sacramento
Week 11 A Paris
Week 12 A Raleigh-Durham
Week 13 A Frankfurt
Week 14 H London

Amsterdam have a home game against Sacramento who are 4-1 in their last 5 games, still being at home is a huge advantage for the Admirals so that could be a win.  However they then have 3 straight away games.  They face a tougher Paris side in Week 11, Paris who are winless are improving and will be desperate to get a win before the season ends so theyre not in the 0-14 club.  Away at Raleigh will be a tough game especially with the Skyhawks fighting for the playoffs, Frankfurt might not be their usual tough side this year but are still a difficult team to beat at home.  IF Amsterdam are 13-0 they are then at home against London which 'could' be an epic IF both teams are unbeaten.

London

Week 10 A Scotland
Week 11 A Austria
Week 12 H Paris
Week 13 A Barcelona
Week 14 A Amsterdam

London at 9-0 seem certain of the playoffs but the last 5 games are tough as 4 are on the road.  London play at Scotland this week which many say could be the end of their unbeaten streak as Scotland are looking good recently and are at home.  They then travel to another hated rival, Austria who badly need the win.  A home game against Paris should be a win, they then travel away to Barcelona.  The Dragons have played good football this year and gave Amsterdam a run for their money.  IF the Monarchs are unbeaten they would then face Amsterdam which could be a clash for the number 1 seed in the EFC

Both teams are saying they want homefield advantage and arent after a 14-0 record breaking year but it will be interesting to see what either team does near the end of the season if they are unbeaten.

If one of them is unbeaten then the pressure in the playoffs will be huge, only one 13-1 team has failed to make the FWL Bowl, a 14-0 team losing in the playoffs would be a huge shock and would ruin their season
