One week of action remains...

- The league record for td's in a season is 23, if Dragons QB Dameyune Craig throws 3 he'll break the league record.  Craig Nall and Jon Denton still have a chance.  (Denton didnt start the first 2 games of the season !)

- If Dragons QB Dameyune Craig throws for 277 yards he'll become just the 3rd QB ever to throw for 4000 yards or more in a season

- Machine HB Corey Walker needs 97 yards for 1000, Paris HB Robert Edwards needs 104 and Amsterdam HB Kim Kuchi needs 121 yards for a 1000 this season.

- Ohio HB Jamal Robertson needs just two receptions in Week 14 to set an all time record for receptions in a season with 124

- Berlin veteran WR Vance Blundin needs 26 yards to have his 7th consecutive 1000 yard season

- Montreal S Brian Russell needs just one more interception this season to tie a league record of 7 interceptions in a season

- Raleigh S Deke Cooper needs 5 tackles to set the record for 2nd most tackles in a season ever

- If Joe Aska gains 47 more total yards then he will set a new record for most yards in a season.  He already has become just the 2nd player ever to reach 2000 or more combined yards in a season.

- Aska needs just one touchdown to tie the record of most td's in a season (23 set by JJ Smith in 2003)

Yeah i noticed that, hes had an incredible year, didnt realise his numbers were so huge !!!

Been a great option for you, plus QB Joe Hamilton has looked exceptional in his two starts (beating EFC East leading Frankfurt and this week EFC West leading Paris)

And if Curt Anes - remebmer when the whole league laughed when i traded him for two fortunes? - will NOT throw an interception in FWL-CLASSIC XXIV he will be the FIRST PLAYER EVER to end the regular season with NO interception thrown of those players who have 196 attempts minimum.

His current stat:
367 attempt, 15 TD, Zero INT, 67%, rating 108,4

GREAT GUY!!!

Hmmm, I cut him! One special teams tackle in one season is not Pro-Bowl material! Amsterdam picked him up from the free agent list, so I wasn't the only one who thought he was useless! Anyone, I couldn't afford to pay him a salary for 7 years of bench warming - I've got enough bench-warmers as it is already.

haha That is why I sent him two season to Birmingham to warm the bench  Tongue Oh well sometimes it is interesting to pick players at the right age from some teams. That is what I did with hamilton last year, a perfect back-up that is also a very good starter (oh well was he not one of my first dreaft picks that returned via a nice Birmingham-Barca trip)

Ha ha you must admit Mario you were tempted this offseason to find another QB if i remember rightly !!  Anes has totally surprised you as you werent too happy after his season last year and realising all the draft picks you had sent for him !!

But yeah hes turned things around, this happens in the FWL from time to time.  I mean look at Birmingham QB David Ward, led the league last year in QB rating, this year has flopped.  He seems to do well when hes not under pressure (Did okay as a backup with Frankfurt and coming off the bench in Birmingham) but when hes then got the pressure and given the starting role as he was this year he flopped just as he did in Frankfurt when he started and replaced legend Stoney Case
