We cannot explain where Austria has gotten their juice.... steroids, illegal bribes to other teams....either way, they are winners of 4-in-a-row, overtaking Paris, losers in 4 of past 5, to take over first place in the "I Dont Care" division.

Austria has a great nucleus, however, certainly not ready for Prime Time.

Too bad for teams in The Euro East, as Rhein is so much better than Austria, but will lose out.  Also, a shame for Amsterdam, who could have controlled that division easily given the talent in that division.  Now AMS travels to FRA in our predictions rather than a #2 seed and home playoff.

The predictions for the rest of the season:

American:
MON @ SAT  =  SAT  (I should win, but wouldnt dare predict that).
ORL @ NYK  =  NYK
SAT @ NYK = NYK

European:
AMS @ FRA  = FRA
BER @ AUS  = BER
BER @ FRA  = FRA

World Bowl:
NYK @ FRA  = FRA

This just in, in a colaborative effort with other Gm's around the league we hired a private investigator who uncovered some interested transactions in an offshore bank account registered to league commisioner Paul Johns...

It apears that there were deposits made in each of the last 4 weeks following each Austria victory in the amount of 150,000 euros.  Although this may seem like a lot we all know that playoff revenue will more than cover the expense it took to get in.

We will be sending a copy of our report to the commisioner and all other GM's once we have finished verifiying all of the information.

Predictions:

ORL @ NY = NY
MON @ SAT = SAT
SAT @ NY = NY

AMS @ FRA = FRA
BER @ AUS = AUS + 150,000 euros
AUS @ FRA = AUS + 300,000 euros

AUS @ NY = AUS + 500,000 euros

oh well, it was my own choice to move to make it possible to have to London vs Austria games a year. I am not affraid for all the established german teams! and I am proud on my team that we can also make the play offs in the german division. If I do not make it to a final I can still say: I was the first GM that took the ads to po, and also the first gm that did it two season in a row

har har har...... i always wonder where these junior-analysts come from......

Week 11: Austria 17, Rhein 3 (Rhein never had any chance of winning this one AND i had my entire offense injured....)
Week 1: Austria 27, Amsterdam 33 in OT (and that was BEFORE i got players like Freeman, Rasmussen and the like.....

 Tongue Tongue Tongue

I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!! I AM JUST A VICTIM!!!
The real shocking story is:

In order to please my (ex-)girlfriend, which is living overseas, i opend an account where i transferred some minor amounts of money. But as i am married she started to force me to spend more and more money otherwise she would make our liason open to the media (and to my wife of course). So she forced me to spend 150k to keep her mouth shut and i did just that.

THIS MONEY HAS NEVER BEEN USED TO BUY GAMES LIKE AGAINST RHEIN WHERE MY WHOLE OFFENSE WAS INJURED. Never. Well..... People who saw me in contact with Rheins GM Cuadron at that time might think it was a different story but nobody could ever tell that there was something wrong. And HEY, the fact that my (ex-)girlfriend is now engaged with Miguel and that there is something like a connection to this money is pure coincidence.....

 Cool

A rather shocking rumour was spread today after GM Ronnie Munro and GM Kreiner where seen together after the week 13-game.

As the whole media has only one topic, ADKs overseas account, it fits into medias accuses that Scotland, a known friend of the Austrian Team, started all their rookies in the game agaisnt Austria, making it easier for Austria to win.

Rookies like WRs Haygood and Johnson, K Sievers, LB Randall etc etc etc where starting for Scotland, and might have helped Austria to an easy win.

Official Investigators try to find any evidence linked to the mysterious ADK overseas account and it is said that if there is evidence of any fraud of any kind Commissioner Johns might to be forced to penalise Austria by re-setting all games to a score of 0-30 which would leave austria with a 0-13-record and giving Paris both the divisin-title and the playoff-spot.

"Oh boy, not again", DarkKnight Kreiner commented. "Enough is enough. I am having a lot of trouble already with my wife as she does not understand that this girl which got all the money was not a real affair but was nothing but a good friend. But i have to make it clear once again: "Read my lips: I did ...not ...have... any.... sexual.... relationship.... to that women.
But once again: All this money transferred over this account had nothing to do with FWL."

Reporters try to get a word from SCOs GM Munro but could not get any comment so far. Why? Nobody knows......

Ha ha some people have been watching too many X Files !!!

To be truthful Mario has tried so many roster adjustments every week finally when one seemed to be working hes kept with it, to me the key trade for Austria was for DE Buck Rasmussan.  Hes changed that d-line a lot and even though he doesnt have many sacks the last 2 weeks himself hes opened up holes for many other players.

Whats surprised me more than anything is QB Curt Anes.  Last year he was pretty poor but this year has been on fire and we've seen a huge turnaround.  Also the trade for WR Matthew Hatchette finally gave Austria a big name WR.  Still problems on defense specially the secondary but i do have to commend him for all the trades/changes hes made
