Mario as I said I was not sure when a player is replaced. I thought I read somewhere once it was 70 but it could be much lower and I think their will be difference between offence and defence since the skills of all players in offence are much higher then in defence (so automatically also the EN.
But looking at the teams with a winning record:
Sacremento has 2 players active defence players below 75
San Antonio: has no active defence players below 75
Mexico has 4 active defence players below 75
Amsterdam has 4 active defence playeres below 75
Frankfurt has no active defence players below 75
Berlin has no active defence players below 75
Rhein has no active defence players below 75
Actually, Mexico only has two defensive players below 75 EN.
A LB5 53 Durde, Arden OK 1 77 77 77 79 45 74 71 72
and
A S4 20 Rooths, James OK 3 88 76 80 65 75 73 70 61
One Defensive player is right at 75 EN.
A LB4 72 Jones, JJ OK 1 76 76 76 74 69 75 66 63
Early in the season, when Mexico was consistantly blowing leads late in games, Durde and Jones were not even on the team, and Rooths has obviously seen very little action at S4.
The overwhelming majority of defensive players on the Aztecs roster have very competitive EN ratings (except those young players just acquired this season).
It's been a mystery to me why Mexico has blown so many 4th quarter leads over the last 3 seasons, and was the main reason I finally disbanded the team and rebuilt.
