I can think of about 3 people right now who wouldn't be pulling for Amsterdam to win it all... but anybody else who isn't, man, you've got no soul. Smiley

I already have flash backs of 1995. 9-1 season and lose the WB to Frankfurt in Amsterdam Shocked Looking at my results of this season against Frankfurt, I know I could be able to win the game. I hope it will be close game and that the best team will win

HI,

as a GM, of course I want to win. You did beat me at home, Niki, now I will return the favour ;-)

as a FWL-member, Amsterdam and you would deserve to play finally in the Bowl and I will have no hard feelings if you beat me. My season sa far was allready far more then I could ever have dreamed about. After 5-9 I am back in the playoffs, I win
my division, I beat Rhein in the playoffs, my QB is MVP, Rookie of the year and so on. Ia m allready very content with that season.
Now I am in my 7th EFC game in 12 season, not bad either. Lets make it a good game and if you win, then you deserve it and if I win then I will be even more happy of course ;-)

Is this season real or are we both dreaming  Grin

Let the best team win and hope that team will beat the American team in the bowl Cool

Yes its allways better to loose against the new FWL champ and therefore best team in the league.

I agree its time to bring back the trophy to europe ;-)

By the way does our trophy has a name ?
Should be the Paul Johns -Trophy :-)

That would be a good name!

We can start a poll about with two options:

1) Paul Johns Trophy
2) P. Johns Trophy

Ha ha nice idea but i think newbies to the site and others would think that name would give me a huge ego !!!

Perhaps the MVP trophy for the FWL Bowl should be renamed the 'Bobby Phillipis award' or something !

It should be a great EFC Game, Frankfurt are great in the playoffs and have a lot of playoff experience on their roster.  Amsterdam however have the famous homefield advantage but i think in the EFC it could be very wide open.

The AFC Game should be a classic, whoever wins that game will host FWL Bowl XII and of course have a huge advantage

In the AFC the Machine have a ton of playoff experience and San Antonio dont but who knows !

And shame on Marco for cheering you on and saying "its ok if I lose".  Davey's great season and their 5-9 turn around is great, but 2-1 in playoffs = incomplete.

Davey tied Wuerfful's record 23 TD's in a season, so I am bitter!

Hi,

of course it was me the person who s not too sad about Amsterdams win (also remember tehy did beat us at home during the season, so I had few hopes anyway to win away).
If you would have asked the GM then of course I wanted the Galaxy to win  Smiley

I just hope Amsterdam is winning now too, so I can tell everybody I got beat by the Bowl winner  Wink

bye and tschuess
