Here is the real EFC-picture:
Scotland has a PO-spot secured already (CONGRATULATIONS TO RONNIE!!!!) and Frankfurt need 2(!) wins in order to make the POs.
Even if Rhein lose in week 13 and they manage to win in week 14 against FRA it would be RHEIN that gets the final spot.....

wrong on all ways: what if Scotland lose both games and Fire and Galaxy win in week 13 and tie the game in week 14? No Scotland but the Germans that will go to the PO

But the battle between Fire and Galaxy, is simple:
Scotland beat both so if it is all 8-6, scotland is the number one so it is between Fire and Galaxy, if Galaxy lose in week 13 and beat Fire in week 14, it is Galaxy due to head to head result 2-0, if it is the other way around it is Fire because of a better conf record (tied division) 6-5 vs 5-6. So Mario is right about that Fire only have to win the game against Galaxy but not that Galaxy needs two wins, same goes for the Galaxy.

edited because in the last case I said it would be as well Galaxy but I was wrong!

regarding SCO: cmon, they won´t tie in week 14 so SCO is 99,9% in....

regrading FRA/RHE: you are wrong: if Galaxy win in week 13 but lose in week 14 and Rhein lose in week 13 and win in week 14 it will be RHEIN as the would have the tiebreaker (1-1 headhead; both 3-3 div but 6-5 against 5-6 in conf-record....)
GO FIRE!!!!

yes I saw that later, but you are wrong about the fact that Galaxy has to win 2 games in any case, one is enough as long as it is week 14 but the same goes for Fire. unless they tie then they can go both if Scotland lose one game (possible = 0.01%)

right, so we where both a bit right and a bit wrong....

ANYWAY:
It all comes down to week 14 - the winner of FRA-RHE gets the spot. Should be a terriffic game. As the game is in Frankfurt they might make it. I would love to avoid them in the playoffs however so i am going for Rhein.

you will avoid me anyway Smiley

As the weakest WC team I will play at the #1 seed Amsterdam and while I could allways be able to beat you at Vienna Wink , I dont think that I am good enough this season for Amsterdam, especially with Huerta returning.

However the week 14 game is indeed my (and Rheins) first playoff game (win you're in)
Will be very tough and Miguel has won many games in Frankfurt over the years !

I don't mind, to be more correct I prefer Rhein and Frankfurt above teh Claymores, I think one of the games I did not play well at all was in week 1 in Scotland, looking at the scores against Rhein and Frankfurt would give me more possibilities to win. Anyway it is sure for a 100% that Austria will play against Scotland.
