Austria at Sacramento

Surprise tie for Austria last week, Curt Anes could be recalled this week to the starting lineup.  Sacramento are playing well but BJ Askew has to be more consistent and prove he wasnt a one game wonder.  The Surge defense is ranked very low and the high scoring DarkKnights could take advantage of that, Surge have a chance being at home.

New York at Mexico

Mexico have lost 3 straight and must be frustrating their GM, New York have bounced back with 2 straight wins and now have a big game here away in Mexico.  Both teams are the opposite on defense, Mexico are playing very well but need their offense to do better, for NY their defense has surprisingly been poor.  Should be a very tight game.

Montreal at San Antonio

Huge game for Montreal, at 3-2 they dont want another loss and need to start producing more wins.  San Antonio have a great chance to put the stake into Montreal and move to 5-1 and 2 games ahead and the tiebreaker.  The Machines defense is ranked last in the league but surprisingly the Riders passing offense is ranked worst.  San Antonio to win because of the advantage at home where Montreal are 0-2 on the road this year.

Raleigh-Durham at Amsterdam

Raleigh suffered their first loss last week now face another EFC powerhouse in Amsterdam.  Amsterdam are playing great football but feature a new QB this week as Heath Rylance is injured.  Raleigh are 2-0 on the road and seem to be on their way to the playoffs even this early this year, theyre playing good football all round, could be game of the week.

Frankfurt at Rhein

In past years this would be a german classic but Rhein are in trouble, their defense are playing well but their offense very badly which is a surprise as Dani Pegenaute is a great QB.  Statisitically Frankfurt rank very low all round but are 3-1-1 and are coming off a great win against previously unbeaten Raleigh.

Berlin at Barcelona

Berlin will start Brock Berlin again who played well last week, Barcelona need to improve offensively but are playing well and at 3-2 are looking very good, a win here will move them to 4-2 and in the playoff race.  GM Stuart Mackie has made some great moves and it seems to be paying off this year so far.

Ohio at Scotland

Great battle here between two top teams in the league, Scotland at home with their defense will be a very hard team to score points on.  Jarrett Payton is playing well but Ohio start a new QB this week as Pawlawski is injured so the pressure is on Kurt Kittner.  Scotland have the best record in the league and at home should win this game against a tough Ohio side.

Orlando at London

Could this be Londons first win ? The team have looked good this year despite a 0-4-1 record and have played some very close games which could have been wins.  HB Joe Hall had his best game yet last week and overall #1 pick Drew Henson has played well but needs to throw more touchdowns.  Orlando have played well but injuries at HB have hurt the team but looking at the stats their offense (3rd) and defense (10th) shows they should win more games.

Birmingham at Paris

Its been a long year so far for these two GM's, Paris have made some great offseason moves but have been troubled by injuries and a tough start to their season.  Both teams are very similar but Paris have an edge as they are at home.
