Who will go in the top 3 in the draft ?

The first 3 picks of the draft will be Rhein, Berlin and then Paris.
All 3 have major holes to fill but who might they draft ?
1) Rhein
Rhein had the leagues worst offense by far last year, their defense was 11th and played well so surely the main pick for Rhein will be on offense ? Veteran Dani Pegneaute after being one of the most consistent QB's previously was benched last year after a poor start record wise despite playing well in those games with 4 td's and 0 ints. Young Jared Allen came in and did play well but couldnt win any games, will Rhein go for a QB ?
They did have major problems at RB, veteran Travis McKenzie averaged just 2.8 yards a carry thanks also to the offensive line which was very weak allowing 61 sacks.
With the top pick in the draft they could go for a young RB.
2) Berlin
Berlin were dire last year thanks mainly due to the lack of a rushing attack, surely Berlin will go for a young HB and start him from day 1? Butchie Wallace last years draft pick is very talented and it was a major surprise why he didnt see any action at HB1. Statistically Nate Hybl had a very poor year and the former number 1 draft pick has so far been a flop in the FWL, however the lack of a rushing attack to help him has hurt his progress. The team also lack a decent WR as last year their best WR had 742 yards at a poor 11.8 average.
Berlin need help offensively at either QB, WR or HB.
3) Paris
Slowly but surely the Paris GM is making some good moves in changing around his teams fortunes, on paper they look much better but finished last year with the leagues worst defense and worst rushing attack. They did however have the best passing attack in the league so why run when you can pass, or was it "Paris cant run the ball so have to pass" or "They always trail so they try to play catchup in games". So is the Paris passing offense the best or not ?
With a terrible 33 sacks in 14 games Paris have to address their defense which just cant get to the QB and gives opposing QB's all day to throw. Opposing QB's threw 23 td's and just 4 ints, opposing runners ran for 1606 yards !
Paris still need a lot of work, they have to improve their o-line and get a defense. They have a great young QB in Ryan Dinwiddie but have to help him out defensively. Surely a defensive pick for Paris ?
