Breaking news: London cut QB Travis Brown

The Monarchs today announced they have cut QB Travis Brown.

A QB2 4 Brown, Travis OK 8 86 74 87 89 77 78 92 89

Brown was acquired in a trade last year but with the development of young QB Bryan Randall and the Monarchs wanting to re-sign S Richard Yancy the team had no alternative.

"We have a lot of RB's we want to take to camp and also offensive linemen, Randall has come on well recently so we wanted to give Travis a chance to go elsewhere' said a Monarchs spokesman.

Brown was the former starter of Raleigh-Durham during seasons 13-14..

He had a great year in Season 13 but on a weak side in Season 14 the team lost often. He threw for over 3700 yards and 18 td's but with a poor rushing game and defense the team finished as the worst in the FWL. Raleigh then took QB Aaron Rodgers and the rest is history.

A great scrambler Brown has 86 SP and ran for over 250 yards during Season 13.
