I Just wanted to find out who would be favourite to win The American West Division

Montreal
Going to be one of the favourites if not the Favourite to win the division,Winning the division last season With a great Passer in Wuerffel and good Running game.Montreal's Offence will be hard to stop.

Raleigh-Durham
Had a great season last year but was it a fluke?.With a Talented young QB and Veteran HB Alexander will they be good enough to top tough opponents?

Mexico
They are due a break through season with great talent on offence and defence.HB McCoo Had a great season and QB O Sullivan plaid well but they hit a wall in the last four games of the season putting them out of a playoff spot.

San Antonio
Got to be favourites just ahead of Montreal. Finalists in the FWL Bowl after finishing 3rd in the Table but with players like QB Bishops and HB Collins this has to be one of the strongest Offences in the league

Sacramento
Had a good season last season with a 6-8 record but still finished bottom of the Table. The problem may have been QB Adamson getting hurt and Sacramento having to play there backup all season. The trade of WR Anglin Will hurt the Offence, but if HB Askew has a good season it could even up.

Who do you think?

So Montreal are the Division Favourites despite loosing in week one to London, but they did have an impesseve 2nd week victory.
San Antonio are close behind them in the votes but ahead of them in the division, we will find out if the votes were right and will Montreal win the Division

Much as it pains me to say it I thought before Training Camp that Raleigh had a good chance of winning their division but factors have put the Skyskwaks (not mis spelt) on the back foot a little. It is possible they may still come good as there is a lot of takent in that team and it would be no big surprise to see Raleigh Durham come into their own and win the West Div. If the Skyhawks continue to stutter for whatever reason you aheva strong hand of draft picks and a bowl place cannot be far away.

So if the Skyskwaks do not make it then I would have to stay with Montreal to win the Division and if they do that they will go the bowl. They are consistent. A lot of new talent emerging though which is good.

In Europe it would be crazy to ever discount Frankfurt and I don't.

The defending bowl Champions The Scottish Claymores had a terrible training camp and for whatever reason the defense has gone from possibly the best in the league last season to the worst. To do this in the post season break is heartbreaking as we lost few defensive players really. Our strength was rush defense but where is that now ?? Hopefully the real Claymores may actually show up but since TC it has been like playing a team of backups. You never know though many changes have been made to the team and this week could see improvements.

I do though think that Europe will be between Austria and Amsterdam. Not original I suppose. Two very strong teams and without any weak links that I can see.

The Bowl itself though I will go for big odds and predict a surprsrising push from Raleigh to make the Bowl and for Amsterdam to beat them in the final.

No what odds............. Huh?
