It's only week 8! Plenty of time for things to change.

Scotland and Berlin look like the cream of the EFC so far, with Ohio and Birmingham looking good in the AFC. But, no-one is dominating, so there's everything to play for!

Yep very wide open this year, some teams are now slightly creeping ahead but they'll have to do well in the second half of the year.  A lot of times we've had one team jump out to a 9-1 record or something and look red hot favourites, different story this year.  Amazing the turnaround of Berlin.

Must admit i've always stayed away from RB's with low ST as in the past they always seemed to get hit early behind the line and not run for a lot of yards but damn Cobourne is amazing !

Paul, Cobournes ST is 89, the same as Alexander Curtis and just one point less then your starting HB !
I think you still remember him from his early years before many training camps.

Regarding my playoff chances:
I know its too early to give up, but I dont see me in the postseason. I have a couple of hard games to play and my team is not very stable in its level of play. Also my well documented problems with my pass defense. I know my problems, but was not able to find the answers in trades so far.

Yeah my fault !  Didnt realise Cobournes strength had gone up so much, some good training camps from Andreas.  He really is electric though and makes some great plays.  Berlin seem to be full of confidence at the moment and playing so well.

Ronnies done well with Sandino Octobre who seemed to be a long term backup but has done well after a few camps and is a great new HB1.  Craig Nall never used to throw for a ton of touchdowns but this year hes on target to break records

As for Frankfurt you've got a lot of tough games coming up but youre still in the mix.  Tough loss to Mexico as it was very close.

A new addition to the career rushing pages on my site are a breakdown of rushing stats by;

1. Whether the runner's team won or lost - for Cobourne, he averages 85 yards in games that he wins, but only 38 in games he loses.

2. By Home or away

3. By venue - showing how many yards a runner has gained in each stadium.

This breakdown is available for all runners. I'll add the same breakdowns for receiving, passing, punt returns, etc when I get chance.

There is also the breakdown of stats by opponent - Cobourne hasn't done very well against the key rivals of Frankfurt and Amsterdam, gaining on average only 27 yards in 8 games.
