London wants more big plays

This offseason London traded for speedy WR Dan Sheldon from Orlando who has blistering speed and acceleration and great hands, combined with young Triandos Luke (94 SP) and former 1st round pick Kassim Osgood (93 SP) London thought they had their trio set for years to come and a huge amount of big plays.
However after two weeks it hasnt panned out that way. Sheldon is struggling with the playbook and has 11 catches for 122 yards (11.1 avg), Triandos Luke has 9 catches for 82 yards (9.1 avg) and Osgood has one catch for 11 yards. Luke nearly lost his spot until he scored the winning overtime touchdown last week so for another week at least Luke will start at WR2 ahead of Osgood.
What is the problem though ? Drew Henson is playing well but the Monarchs want a more explosive offense, their team is run-based behind Joe Hall but the coach wants more big plays in the passing attack. TE Dan Curley ripped off a 76 yard gain last week but the WR's have a long of just 31 yards, their only reception over 20 yards !
The Monarchs have used the same gameplan solidly for the last 2 years and have been to the playoffs both years, it may be too early to dramatically learn and use a different playbook but if there arent any big plays in the passing attack look for big changes.
