- Its been a week of trading QB's.  In a somewhat surprise move the Skyhawks sent a high 2nd round draft pick to Ohio for QB Kurt Kittner.  Kittner was outperforming Mike Pawlawski this year but Pawlawski who is returning from injury has been given his starting job back.  Kittner who played very well moves to Raleigh where he will find it a tough job to try and wrestle the starting position away from former overall number 1 pick Aaron Rodgers.  Raleigh have so many draft picks they felt they could afford to send a high pick to get Kittner

- With Kurt Kittner traded the Ohio Glory are very high on young QB John Navarre as the backup.  However they dipped into the free agency pool and picked up QB Marcus Crandell.  Crandell a former New York veteran had been an excellent backup for many years for the Knights but was cut before the start of the season.

- Another QB on the move is BJ Symons.  Symons was a former Monarchs draft pick who was traded to Austria where he started a handful of games when Curt Anes was injured and then was traded to Scotland.  The trade to Scotland was a surprise as the Claymores had the leagues MVP in Craig Nall.  Symons was traded to Amsterdam 6 weeks later and Scotland managed to get more back in return so it was a good move for the management.  Amsterdam now have their QB of the future in Symons and Joe Hamilton despite 6-0 will still be looking over his shoulder.

- He FWL website will have a small revamp probably this weekend.  The changes wont be huge but will be keeping up to date with a particular american football website !

- The Skyhawks also signed LB Tony Ortiz.  Ortiz a former Admiral played many years for Amsterdam but was recently cut, wanted by a few teams Ortiz eventually elected to go to the Skyhawks where he will be LB4 this week.

- Londons had a major revamp in the last few seasons.  Just 7 defensive players remain on the team from Season 15 !  Many of these players are backups but LB John Leake, CB Marcell Allmond and DT Junior Ioane are still starting.  There have been major changes on offense as well with only a handful of players left from just two seasons ago.

Cry Cry It still hurts me that I had no other choice then to cut him.

Ortiz was a 4th round pick of the season 6 draft. he started in his first season as LB4 and made 4 tackels and a sack. during his 11 years carreer he made in total 504 tackels and 34 sacks. In his first 9 season he made 1 or more sacks a season. In season 16 he saw only action a couple of playes in which he was able to make two tackels.
