This may be a stupid question but how are the playoffs set up......if season was over today how would it go?

Thanks!

Well make sure you check the playoff race page...

http://fwl.pocketplane.net/index.php?topic=755.0

Basically there are 4 teams from the EFC and 4 teams from the AFC

The two divisional winners go through and then the next 2 teams with the best record, so currently the AFC playoffs would be...

1) Montreal
2) Ohio
3) Mexico
4) Raleigh/Sacramento or New York

The top seed gets homefield advantage and would play the 4th seed, so its 'one of many' at Montreal

Then of course the 3rd seed (Other Wildcard team) plays the 2nd seed so its Mexico at Ohio

IF Montreal/Ohio both win then the AFC Championship would be Ohio at Montreal

Whoever has the best record in the FWL Bowl gets homefield advantage.

Not fully correct:
Both Divisional champs get Homefield-advantage disregardless of their ranking. If AFCWest-Champ "A" is 9-5 whereas AFCEast-Runner-Up "B" is 10-4, "A" will STILL host the game!

Yeah sorry i meant that.  Like Mario says if a wildcard team is 10-4 and Ohio are say 8-6 but win the division then they have homefield as divisional winners against a wildcard.  A wildcard would only have a home game if there were two wildcard teams in the championship game
