New York at Orlando

Must win game for NY who are fading and have lost two straight.  Campbell hasnt played that badly, the Knights have had bad luck to their RB corps with injuries but two backs are back this week.  They had their 3rd string HB injured last week !  The pressure is on Campbell to turn it around though, Phil Stambaugh might get his chance if Campbell loses this week.  Orlando havent played too badly overall and should be better at home for a potential upset.

Raleigh-Durham at Birmingham

The Skyhawks offense has played very well but their defense cant seem to stop anyone.  Birminghams defense is the best in the league and have allowed the fewest points so it will have a great test with the Skyhawks awesome offense.  Should be a Birmingham home win.

Ohio at Montreal

Mike Pawlawski faces his former team again but Danny Wuerrfel might be a gametime decision.  Ohio have played well away but Montreal are unbeaten at home.  Tough place to play in Canada so the Machine get the nod plus the Glory might be without Payton this week.

Frankfurt at Mexico

The Galaxy lost a huge game to Amsterdam last week and it wont get easier as they travel to Mexico.  The Aztecs are bouncing back and will be favourites in this clash as they play in front of 100,00 fans in Mexico.

San Antonio at Sacramento

Bad defeat last week for the Riders, they are still 4-3 and top of the AFC West but the Surge will want this game badly.  Sacramento were poor last week but need to get a big win here to jump back into the chase in the AFC West.  Riders rookie HB Deon Anderson has to play better, if Anderson struggles the Surge could get the win.

London at Berlin

Tough test for London, theyve bounced back in recent weeks and look better but they already have played 5 games at home and just two away.  This tough away test could be a big struggle for London.  Berlin have looked superb with superstar HB Avon Cobourne who many said was too small to play RB and rookie Jeff Rowe at QB.  Berlin were awesome this week and could get the win here.

Amsterdam at Rhein

Rhein are playing better and are a tricky team despite their record.  HB Tony Hollings just cant run the ball so look for the Rhein offensive line to play better or there will be changes.  Amsterdam have won 5 straight and their defense have played well.  They are only 1-2 on the road this year but will hope to leave Rhein with a tough win this week.

Amsterdam by 7

Austria at Paris

This is our upset of the week we think.  Paris have lost two straight but are much better at home.  QB Ryan Dinwiddie faces his former team as Austria is thankful Curt Anes is back at QB.  Austria dont seem to be a powerhouse this year, they are a good team but are not blowing anyone away.  Paris has a chance to upset them as Austria have struggled on the road this year.

Barcelona at Scotland

The late game features a tough EFC West encounter. Yes Barcelona are 0-7 but they are still playing good football and have lost many close games. The new offensive line shuffle seems to have worked, this week at least as HB Jamal Robertson had his best game of the year. Scotland were down to their 3rd string HB this week who struggled badly.  They should welcome back some starters who are returning from injury and Scotland who are only 2-2 at home this year should get the win.
