Congrats to Birmingham GM Michel Kremer.  Birmingham who were 6-8 last year were 11-3 this season and had the leagues best record.  The Fire made several bold moves this year, mostly trading for QB Joe Hamilton who took over at QB and won all of his starts.  Kremer won the award by just one vote from Paris GM Andrew Battye.

Battye had a huge turnaround going from 0-14 to 8-6 and narrowly missing out on a playoff spot, it was rumoured if Paris made the playoffs then Battye would win the award.

Congrats to Kremer though who surprised many by winning the top seed in the AFC and best record in the league overall

Thanks for this award. I´m really glad with the performance of my team.
At the beginning of the season I never expected this.
Exspecially with the good performance from Ohio last season.
